The Pakistan Army has opened applications for its PMA Long Course 154 through online registration at https://www.applyjobexam.online. This opportunity is available to eligible male candidates across the country. To apply, candidates must follow the procedure outlined by the organization.
Eligibility Criteria
- Include being unmarried,
- Although married serving personnel of the Armed Forces over 20 years old are also eligible.
- Qualifications required are Intermediate or Equivalent, Graduate 2 years, or Graduate 4 years.
- Physical standards mandate a minimum height of 5′ – 4″ (162.5 cm) and weight as per Body Mass Index (BMI).
Area
Applicants should be citizens of Pakistan or domicile holders of Azad Kashmir/Gilgit-Baltistan. Upon final selection, candidates with dual nationality must surrender nationalities other than Pakistani.
Training at the Pakistan Military Academy
Training at the Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) lasts for 2 years. For academic qualifications, candidates need a minimum of 60% marks in FA/FSc or equivalent. Specific marks criteria apply to candidates from certain areas.
Serving Army Soldiers need 50% marks in FA/FSc and equivalent. Candidates with a "Hope Certificate" for Part-I of Intermediate Examination can also apply.
Verification of Marks Sheet/Certificate is required. Ineligibility conditions include being twice rejected or screened out by the Inter Service Selection Board (ISSB), dismissal from government service, or medical unfitness.

The registration deadline is 25th May 2024. Candidates can register online at www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk or visit Army Selection and Recruitment Centres (AS&RCs).
Test's
The selection process includes written/intelligence tests covering:
- English
- Maths
- Pak Studies
- Islamiat
- General Knowledge.
Successful candidates proceed to physical/medical tests and interviews at AS&RCs.
